Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Wright (ranked 5784 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaito Inuzuka (ranked 5829 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wright shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Inuzuka as he jumps to the side.
Wright is looking to clinch.
Inuzuka is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Inuzuka closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Wright quickly recovers to half guard.
Inuzuka is pressing down on Wright's thigh, looking to free his foot. Wright is holding on for now.

Inuzuka drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Wright dives on top into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wright thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Inuzuka is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Wright is staying active.

Wright jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Inuzuka manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Inuzuka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wright. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close round but I would say that Mike Wright will probably get the nod.
