Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Emilio Disi (ranked 4721 p4p, 207 weight class) and Sun Ming (ranked 5621 p4p, 242 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Sun Ming!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, John Mangel and Winston Howard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ming works the jab nicely.
Ming throws a big shot that misses.
Ming misses with a hook. Disi ducked under it nicely.

Ming looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Disi!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ming in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ming wants to take a breather but Disi manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Ming.

Ming throws a big elbow that misses.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ming accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Ming postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Ming wants to control from the top but Disi keeps moving.

Ming throws a big right hand that misses.
Ming is looking to work some ground and pound but Disi has wrist control.
Ming throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Ming loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Disi is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Ming pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Disi back to the cage. Ming follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Ming ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Disi moves away.
Ming tries to score a power double leg takedown but Disi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ming somewhat.

Disi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ming was well out of range. Poor timing from Disi.
Disi tries to bum rush Ming with a series of wild strikes but Ming uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Disi lands a left and a right that send Ming crashing to the mat, dazed. Disi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Ming is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ming lands with a nice combination. Disi backs away looking to recover.
Ming is still on wobbly legs! Can Disi finish him?

Ming shoots in but Disi avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Disi lands a big right hand that sends Ming crashing to the mat! Disi stays standing though and waves Ming back to his feet!

Disi throws a lazy right hand but Ming sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Disi throws a right and a left that Ming avoids nicely.

Disi Throws a clean left jab. Disi Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Ming's chin! Ming crumbles to the ground and Disi follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Disi!
