Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams shoots in and gets a takedown into Walsh's guard.
Williams lands a couple of elbows.
Walsh pushes Williams off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Williams misses with an uppercut
and Walsh counters with a left and a right that stings Williams.
Williams gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Williams is pushing Walsh up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Williams tries to land knees in the clinch but Walsh avoids the damage to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Walsh lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Williams turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Walsh is looking for a sweep.
Williams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Walsh is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Williams tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Williams has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Walsh tries to improve position but can't.
Williams gets to mount! Walsh was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Williams looking to control but Walsh is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Walsh wants to hold on but Williams pushes him away.
Walsh avoids a series of strikes thrown by Williams.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Walsh is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Williams has isolated one of Walsh's arms. Walsh looking to fight him off but Williams twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
