The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarkovsky throws a combination that misses
and Castaneda counters with a big head kick but Tarkovsky shrugs it off.
A punch combination from Tarkovsky misses.

Tarkovsky decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Castaneda is trying to escape back to his feet but Tarkovsky uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Castaneda pushes Tarkovsky away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Tarkovsky gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Tarkovsky stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Tarkovsky drives through and clinches with Castaneda against the cage.

Castaneda manages to break the clinch.
Castaneda moves out of range of the body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Castaneda shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tarkovsky pinned against the cage. Tarkovsky gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tarkovsky misses with a few strikes there.
Castaneda fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tarkovsky lands a two punch combo.

Castaneda is rocked!

It looks like Cameron Castaneda has been cut.
Tarkovsky digs a good hook to Castaneda's body.
Oh Castaneda is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Castaneda is breathing heavily.

Tarkovsky dives in and gets a big takedown. He lands in full mount and immediately unloads a series of heavy strikes! Castaneda has had enough and taps out.
