Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dumba Diame Jr (ranked 1619 p4p, 188 weight class) and Daniel Sainty (ranked 1922 p4p, 227 weight class). Diame Jr comes to the cage accompanied by Get It On The Floor. Dumba Diame Jr has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diame Jr is looking to slow Sainty down with leg kicks.
Diame Jr tries to land a body kick

and Sainty counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Sainty is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Sainty takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Diame Jr is pressing down on Sainty's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Sainty won't allow Diame Jr to sweep him here.

Sainty is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Diame Jr pulls his head out easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sainty tries to bench press Diame Jr off him but Diame Jr keeps the position.
Sainty looks to move to half guard but instead Diame Jr has passed into mount! Damn!

Diame Jr is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
