Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Erik Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pittman looking to score a takedown here. Morgan is defending well but Pittman drives through and ends up in Morgan's guard.

Morgan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Pittman defends well and Morgan ends up having to push Pittman into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Pittman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Morgan as he jumps to the side.
No luck for Morgan with that takedown attempt.

Pittman shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Morgan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Pittman is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Morgan can do to turn this around?
Morgan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Pittman is looking to work some ground and pound but Morgan has wrist control.

Pittman decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Pittman fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Morgan, pushing him back against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Pittman leaves Morgan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Morgan moves into range and clinches up with Pittman.

Pittman jumps into guard, dragging Morgan to the mat.
Morgan wants to control from the top but Pittman keeps moving.

Pittman has his foot on Morgan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Morgan works his way back into a safe position though.

Morgan shoots in and bounces Pittman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Pittman wants to stand and escape but Morgan is having none of it.

Pittman lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Erik Morgan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Hugo Pittman is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Erik Morgan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
