Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between David Plouman (ranked 2480 p4p, 284 weight class) and Allisha Abel (ranked 2740 p4p, 309 weight class). Allisha Abel is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Abel closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Abel thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Abel is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Plouman has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Abel is looking to defend but Plouman has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Abel! Plouman pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Abel taps out and this one is all over!
