Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jari Mountain (ranked 347 p4p, 14 weight class) and Alexander Stubb (ranked 658 p4p, 25 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jari Mountain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Stubb!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mountain throws a leg kick that misses.
Stubb is looking to clinch.
Mountain fires out a quick counter leg kick but Stubb just manages to avoid it.
Stubb swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Good leg kick by Mountain there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Some bone on bone action there as Stubb checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Stubb's coach down at Lucky Liam's MMA Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Stubb's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Mountain throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Stubb wants to counter with a clinch but Mountain pushes him away.

Stubb has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Mountain.

and Stubb connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Stubb takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Mountain takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Stubb sizes up Mountain with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Mountain throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Stubb sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mountain fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stubb on the side of the head.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Mountain lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Stubb has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Stubb and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Mountain connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

As Stubb backs away, Mountain returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Mountain cracks Stubb with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

That's time! Mountain's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Stubb feints with a jab and clips Mountain right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Mountain is sent crashing into the canvas and Stubb leaps in for the kill! Mountain tries to get to his feet but Stubb is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Mountain is in need of a savior and steps in!

After winning the bout, Alexander Stubb thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
