The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Velez shoots in looking for a takedown but Rochester manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Velez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Rochester closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Rochester is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Rochester has isolated one of Velez's arms. Velez looking to fight him off but Rochester twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
