Lawson has chosen Wait and Bleed by Slipknot as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Trevor Lawson enters the cage!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Trevor Lawson!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Lock counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It seemed like Lawson was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Lock ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lawson moves away.
Chrono Lock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lock throws a right hand that Lawson ducks under and follows up with a left that Lawson also avoids with ease.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lock tries to land a leg kick but Lawson saw it coming and moves away.

Lawson comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Lock tries to throw a body punch but Lawson avoids it by throwing Lock back against the cage.
Lawson throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Locks head.
Lawson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lock backwards.

Lock swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Lock is looking to break free of the clinch but Lawson has double underhooks.
Lawson lands with a left to the head.

Lawson prevents a body shot from Lock.
Lock tries a body shot but Lawson blocks it.

Lawson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Lock gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lawson is pushing down on Lock's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lock is fighting to maintain full guard but Lawson has managed to sneak the leg through.
Lawson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Lawson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lock sees it coming and defends easily.
Lock is trying to stand up here but Lawson is controlling him well.
Lawson trying to mount his opponent but Lock defends it.
Lock is staying active underneath Lawson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Lawson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Lock wants to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Good leg kick by Lock there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

and Lock takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lawson moves out of range of the strikes.
Lock keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Lawson.
Lock is looking to counter punch.
Good exchange - Lawson coming out on top.

A little feinted left hand from Lock on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Lock looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Lawson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Lock on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Lawson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lock has time to react.
Lawson ducks under a wild hook from Lock.
Lock ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Lock is rocked!
Lawson walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Lock drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Lawson swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Lock's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trevor Lawson!
After winning the bout, Trevor Lawson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
