Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chief Bear (ranked 2485 p4p, 275 weight class) and Max Onera (ranked 4668 p4p, 456 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Bear!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Max Onera!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear avoids the body shot from Onera.
Bear shoots in but Onera avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Onera throws out a counter right but Bear avoids it with no problem.
Onera cracks Bear with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
A slow jab from Onera misses its intended target.
Nice uppercut there from Onera.
Chief Bear seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bear looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Onera is looking to improve his position.
Onera has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bear is working away from the top position though.
Onera tries to roll over but Bear keeps him under control.
Onera is controlling Bear's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Bear throwing shots but Onera is blocking nicely.

Bear looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Onera with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bear thows a huge punch but Onera dodges it nicely.

Bear misses with a head shot. Onera uses the momentum to regain guard.
Bear distracts Onera with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Onera has momentary wrist control but Bear slips an elbow through the middle.
Bear scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Bear has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Onera looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bear is defending well. Onera quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bear has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Onera celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
