Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez goes for a double leg but Maa avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Maa continues to drive forward.
Gonzalez shoots in but no luck this time.
Gonzalez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Maa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
An attempted straight right counter from Maa misses the target.
Maa lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Gonzalez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Maa avoids it really well and circles away.
Tony Maa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fransisco Gonzalez.
Maa lands a jab to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maa stuffs the takedown attempt from Gonzalez. Gonzalez gets slowly back to his feet.
Maa is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Maa moves into the clinch successfully.
Gonzalez is looking to control Maa's arms but Maa gets an underhook and turns him. Now Gonzalez has his back to the cage.

Maa lands a left hand that snaps the head of Gonzalez backwards.

Maa lands with a left to the head.
Gonzalez stalling in the clinch but Maa improves position.

It looks like Fransisco Gonzalez has been cut.
Maa keeps control of Gonzalez as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Gonzalez is still on wobbly legs! Can Maa finish him?

Gonzalez seems to have recovered his senses.

Maa working the clinch nicely. Gonzalez is working for position but Maa cracks him with a big knee to the head! Gonzalez crumples up against the cage and Maa lands two more shots before the ref can save Gonzalez! This one is all over!
