Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jon Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Can Obliterator!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obliterator blocks a head kick by Jones.
Obliterator doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Jones looks to land a combination but Obliterator avoids it well.
Jones stalks Obliterator and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Obliterator's face. Obliterator staggers backwards, shaken.


It looks like Can Obliterator has been cut.
Jones misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Obliterator moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A little jabbing left from Obliterator on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
A nice inside leg kick there by Jones. That's going to slow Obliterator down.

Obliterator closes the distance and clinches.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Obliterator.
Obliterator scores with a nice hook to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Obliterator pulls Jones into guard.
Jones throws a strike but Obliterator rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Jones wants to stand but Obliterator is controlling the position.
Obliterator is working Jones over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Obliterator connects with a couple of short punches.
Obliterator lands a couple of elbows.
Obliterator landing with the ground and pound.
Jones can't keep his opponent in guard - Obliterator advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Jones keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Obliterator lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Jones is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Obliterator scores with a couple of nice shots.
Obliterator has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Obliterator thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jones's head.
Jones is breathing heavily.

Obliterator winds up and cracks Jones with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Obliterator creates some space for himself and unloads with a monster right hand! That one landed with a sickening thud - Jones is out cold and this one is all over! Obliterator climbs onto the cage to celebrate with his corner!! He's shouting something into the camera but he's still got his mouthpiece in so God knows what he's actually saying.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Can Obliterator!
