The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brunatny misses with a combination
and Hammer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Bruno Brunatny has been cut.
Hammer drops his hands momentarily and Brunatny takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
A head kick by Brunatny misses
and Hammer counters with a stiff right hand.
Bruno Brunatny seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hammer connects with a leg kick. Brunatny looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Brunatny throws a push kick but Hammer slaps the foot to one side.
Brunatny uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hammer.
Brunatny throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Hammer's head.
Hammer on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Brunatny throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hammer lands a really nice looking cross but Brunatny seems unphased.
Brunatny is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brunatny throws a sloppy head kick
and Hammer counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.

Thor Hammer bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
