Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Phil Pollock (ranked 4969 p4p, 467 weight class) and Francisco Javier (ranked 7549 p4p, 563 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Javier takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Javier lands with a kick to the temple. Pollock shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Pollock scores with a spinning back kick!
Pollock throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Javier swings for the body but Pollock moves out of range.
Javier looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Javier feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pollocks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Javier takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Pollock lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Javier circles away quickly and effectively.

Pollock tries to score with a low kick but Javier moves his leg out of the way.
As Pollock backs off Javier throws a huge counter combo but Pollock manages to avoid it all.

Javier throws a lazy right hand but Pollock sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Francisco Javier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Javier throws a right and a left that Pollock avoids nicely.
Pollock looks to score with a jab to the body but Javier is just out of range.

It looked like Pollock was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Pollock fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Javier has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That kick from Javier tenderised Pollock's leg. Pollock is trying to keep his angry face on.

Pollock lands a lovely overhand right.
Javier gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Sloppy strikes from Pollock. Those never looked like landing.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Pollock! Javier is backing up but he can't get away as Pollock lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Javier and ends the fight. Great knockout.
