These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirk swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brewer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kirk.
Kirk fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brewer manages to avoid it.
Kirk takes a kick to the side of the head.

Kirk gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Kirk lands with a light punch inside.
Kirk is stalling here.
Kirk lands a hook to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kirk creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Kirk definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
