Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Abbot (ranked 8206 p4p, 566 weight class) and Zinedine Eldoroado (ranked 6152 p4p, 493 weight class). Zinedine Eldoroado will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abbot fails in his attempt to clinch.
Eldoroado smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Eldoroado wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Abbot tries to close the distance and clinch up but Eldoroado swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Abbot throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Eldoroado tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Abbot is in Eldoroado's guard.

Abbot is trying to control the action in half guard but Eldoroado is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Abbot is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Eldoroado is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Eldoroado really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Abbot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Abbot is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Eldoroado is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Eldoroado flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Abbot anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Eldoroado and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Abbot slips an arm under Eldoroado chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Abbot has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Abbot is squeezing on Eldoroado like an anaconda would it's prey. Eldoroado fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
