The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcnuggets drops Blackwell with a beautiful combination! Blackwell stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mcnuggets is looking for the KO!

It looks like Devin Blackwell has been cut.
A head kick misses from Mcnuggets.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Blackwell has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Mcnuggets tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Mcnuggets has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Blackwell shoots for a double leg takedown but Mcnuggets sprawls well. He's pushed Blackwell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Devin Blackwell.
Well Mcnuggets has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
