Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

Chaitle throws a leg kick
and Chaitle takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Slasher lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Still in half guard, Chaitle seems content to control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slasher looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Chaitle closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Chaitle tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Slasher defends well and Chaitle ends up having to push Slasher into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chaitle accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Slasher connects with a body shot that sends Chaitle's belly button to the back.
Slasher's jab looks to have found its range, popping Chaitle under the eye.
Chaitle slips a jab and a cross from Slasher.
Slasher misses with a hook. Chaitle ducked under it nicely.
Chaitle takes one on the button.
Slasher jabs at Chaitle's body.

Chaitle shoots in but Slasher avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Slasher moves out of range of the body kick from Chaitle.
Chaitle keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Slasher pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Chaitle takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Slasher throws an overhand right that lands on Chaitle's shoulder, as Chaitle tries to avoid the shot.
Slasher throws a hook but Chaitle blocks it.

Slasher stuns Chaitle with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Chaitle tries to clinch but Slasher is having none of it.
Slasher wants to counter with a clinch but Chaitle pushes him away.
Slasher throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Chaitle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Slasher moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Chaitle shoots in and drives through. Slasher sprawls well.
Slasher wants to counter with a clinch but Chaitle pushes him away.
Chaitle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Slasher scores with a body shot.
Chaitle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Slasher is fending him off so far but Chaitle persists. Nope, Slasher circles away and we're back to standing.
Slasher sends Chaitle crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Slasher is motioning to the referee to let Chaitle up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chaitle leaves his chin hanging out and Slasher seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Chaitle crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Joe Slasher!
An out of breath Joe Slasher thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
