Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Grout (ranked 2065 p4p, 191 weight class) and Poro Peukalo (ranked 1730 p4p, 174 weight class). Grout comes to the cage accompanied by Fletch's gift for Grouty. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harry Grout!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Poro Peukalo!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grout walks into a straight right hand from Peukalo.
Grout keeps the fight on the outside.
Peukalo moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Grout looks to throw the jab but Peukalo is out of range.
Grout uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Peukalo.
It looked like Grout was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Peukalo.
Grout thumps Peukalo with a low kick.
Peukalo swinging wildly here.
Peukalo gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Peukalo takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Poro Peukalo has been cut.
Peukalo connects with a body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Peukalo throws a big shot that misses.
Peukalo dodges the punch combination from Grout.

Peukalo takes a swing at Grout's ribcage but misses.

Peukalo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Grout throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Peukalo.
Grout tries to bum rush Peukalo with a series of wild strikes but Peukalo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Peukalo misses with a looping left.
Peukalo misses with a straight left.
Peukalo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Grout throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Peukalo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Grout. Grout obviously looking to wear him down.
Grout throws a low kick but Peukalo avoids it.
Peukalo wants to clinch.
Grout moves away from the strike by Peukalo.
Peukalo doesn't manage to clinch there - Grout circles away.
Grout throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

That kick from Grout tenderised Peukalo's leg. Peukalo is trying to keep his angry face on.

Peukalo moves into the clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Grout breaks from the clinch.
An inside leg kick lands from Grout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Peukalo tries to clinch up but Grout circles away and keeps his distance.
Peukalo goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Peukalo stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Peukalo misses with a double jab.
Grout is looking for a counter combo.
Grout tried to score with a low kick but Peukalo checks it.
A telegraphed right hand from Peukalo misses the target.
Peukalo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Grout can pounce on him.
Peukalo throws a combination that misses
letting Grout counter with a right hand.

Peukalo misses with a wild combination.
Grout scores with a one two! Peukalo had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Grout lands a big head kick that sends Peukalo tumbling to the mat! Grout takes a step backwards and waves Peukalo back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Peukalo is rocked!
BOOM! Grout lands a beautiful left hook that drops Peukalo. Peukalo tries to recover but Grout is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Peukalo lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
