Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob The Man!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan May!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Man rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and May counters with a nice uppercut.
May uses good head movement to avoid the hook from The Man.
A nice side step and May releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
May has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The Man will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A combination from The Man does no damage.
A nice side step and May releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

May somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!

May let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
The Man tests May's chin there with a solid looking shot.

The Man has dropped down and is working for a takedown. May is trying to keep an underhook but The Man manages to get the takedown into half guard.
May is refusing to be controlled, as The Man sits in half guard.
May seems to have recovered his senses.
The Man is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

The Man seems to be looking for submissions.
The Man trying to control the pace.
The Man throwing shots but May is blocking nicely.

May really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Man. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
