Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marida tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gavin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gavin feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Marida rushes Gavin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Knees in the clinch landing for Marida.
Marida misses with a punch on the inside.
Gavin has a couple of punches blocked by Marida.
Gavin lands an elbow inside.
Marida tries to score a body lock takedown but Gavin shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
A head punch on the inside from Gavin fails to land.
Gavin throws a head punch that misses.
Marida gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Gavin is pressing down on Marida's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Gavin looking to control.
Marida working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Marida distracts Gavin with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
It looks like Tommy Gavin has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gavin controls Marida momentarily but Marida frees himself.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marida pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gavin is keeping the position for now.
Gavin looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Marida passes into side control.
Marida working the head and body with strikes.
Marida scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Gavin is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Marida can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
