Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcus Wood!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood looks to score with a jab to the body but Pavon is just out of range.
A quick step to the side and Pavon tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wood has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Pavon staying out of range there.
Pavon clinches up with Wood and pushes him back against the cage.

Pavon lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Pavon goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Wood is looking to control Pavon's arms but Pavon gets an underhook and turns him. Now Wood has his back to the cage.

Pavon stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Pavon lands a left hand that snaps the head of Wood backwards.
It looks like Marcus Wood has been cut.

Wood tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Pavon avoids it.

Pavon creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Wood's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Wood drops to his knees and Pavon pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
