Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Vazov (ranked 3852 p4p, 318 weight class) and Bubba Brandon (ranked 4083 p4p, 327 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brandon moves into range and clinches up with Vazov.
Brandon changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Vazov fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Brandon fails in his attempt to clinch.
Vazov half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Brandon misses with a hook. Vazov ducked under it nicely.
Vazov throws a counter high kick but Brandon was just alert enough to avoid it.
That kick from Vazov tenderised Brandon's leg. Brandon is trying to keep his angry face on.

Brandon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Vazov tries to avoid it but Brandon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Vazov to the ground. Vazov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Brandon moves in looking to clinch but Vazov pushes him off.

Vazov throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Brandon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Brandon is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Vazov is aware though and is defending well.

We've been hearing that Vazov has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Vazov accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Brandon forces Vazov back against the cage and clinches.

Brandon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Brandon gets control of Vazov's arms and successfully pulls guard. Brandon will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Brandon had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Vazov defends it easily.
Brandon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Vazov is controlling him.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

A close round but Bubba Brandon will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

As Brandon backs away, Vazov returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Vazov connects with a high kick.
Brandon throws a series of punches but Vazov avoids them all with ease.

Bubba Brandon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vazov tries to keep at a distance but Brandon has taken the fight into the clinch.
Brandon goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Brandon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Brandon drives through with a takedown into Vazov's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Brandon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vazov swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Vazov lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Brandon can't keep his opponent in guard - Vazov advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Vazov is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Vazov is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Andrei Vazov overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Vazov is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Brandon!
Brandon tries to hold on but Vazov postures up.
Vazov lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Brandon hang on?
Vazov wants to control the pace but Brandon is squirming around nicely.
Vazov loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Brandon scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Vazov land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Vazov stands and salutes the crowd.
