Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimi Loiri (ranked 2120 p4p, 106 weight class) and Raycon Figg (ranked 3151 p4p, 139 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raycon Figg!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loiri keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Loiri changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Figg just misses with a punch to the body.
Loiri misses the jab.
Figg looks to land a left hand but Loiri moved out of range nicely.
Figg has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Figg misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Loiri counters with a right hand to the body.
Figg looks winded!

Figg tries to keep at a distance but Loiri has taken the fight into the clinch.
I was talking to Loiri's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Loiri pushes Figg back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Loiri lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Figg backwards.
Loiri lands with a short shot to the head.
Loiri lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Figg's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Loiri turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Loiri manages to end up in side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Loiri is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Figg is trying to escape and Loiri transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Figg is forced to tap! Nice work there by Loiri! Very nice indeed!
