Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lee Sang Seok (ranked 121 p4p, 17 weight class) and Tyaf Daeland Puno (ranked 161 p4p, 21 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seok swings for the body but Puno moves out of range.
Puno lands with a hook. Seok tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Seok feints and then cracks Puno's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Puno down.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Puno has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Seok fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Puno manages to avoid it.
Seok wants to land a leg kick but Puno is out of range.
Seok has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Puno throws a hook but Seok blocks it.
Seok ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Seok takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Seok buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Puno darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Seok makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Seok.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Puno got a little sloppy there for a moment and Seok has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Puno has managed to get both his arms back between Seok's legs - danger averted.
Seok pulls Puno in close to prevent any damage.

Puno stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Seok swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Puno is sitting in close to Seok's body. Seok has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Puno is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Puno is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Seok.
