Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenrick Nikil Jr (ranked 1400 p4p, 73 weight class) and Randy Savage (ranked 2447 p4p, 114 weight class). Nikil Jr comes to the cage accompanied by Dark Horse - Andrew Baena. Savage is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Holy Diver by-DIO as Lazers go off and Confetti drops from the ceiling. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Randy Savage!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Topper Green and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage lands with an overhand left.
Nikil Jr ducks under a wild hook from Savage.
Nikil Jr half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Savage scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Nikil Jr keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Savage.
Nikil Jr tries to counter with a takedown but Savage is quick to defend against it.
Savage rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Nikil Jr counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Savage really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nikil Jr. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Nikil Jr not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Nikil Jr connects with a nice short shot to Savage's temple.
Savage slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nikil Jr tries to free his leg and advance position but Savage is retaining full guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Savage can do anything to dispel that myth.
Nikil Jr slips a nice elbow through Savage's hands, connecting with Savage's forehead.
Nikil Jr is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Nikil Jr passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Savage!
Nikil Jr lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Savage is rocked!
Savage is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Savage is looking to get to half guard.
Savage tries to hold on but Nikil Jr postures up.
Nikil Jr landing strikes, looking to finish!

Nikil Jr cracks Savage with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kenrick Nikil Jr!
After the fight, Kenrick Nikil Jr was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Randy Savage spoke after the fight, saying 'Hulk you coward I know you paid the judges off because your threatened by my grestness.....you can't stop me!!'.
