Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Kubrick (ranked 2282 p4p, 199 weight class) and Silvio Dante (ranked 2516 p4p, 218 weight class). Silvio Dante will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kubrick uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dante.
A jab from Kubrick does it's job there.
Kubrick digs a good hook to Dante's body.
Kubrick loads up on a big right hand but Dante slips the punch.
Dante throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Kubrick counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Kubrick lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Kubrick misses with some punches.
Kubrick misses with some punches.

Kubrick manages to break the clinch.
Kubrick works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Kubrick rushes Dante and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Kubrick keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Dante's efforts to push away.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Dante.
I was talking to Kubrick's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Dante lands a hook to the side of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dante swings wildly with an uppercut but Kubrick uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kubrick goes for a takedown in the clinch but Dante prevents it.

Dante misses with a hook from the clinch.
Kubrick working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Dante misses with a short punch on the inside.
Kubrick blocks an uppercut.
Dante misses with the head strike.
Dante has a couple of punches blocked by Kubrick.

Kubrick breaks the clinch.
Dante looks to throw the jab but Kubrick is out of range.
Dante shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Dante is rocked!
Kubrick misses with a series of wild punches.
Dante is still on wobbly legs! Can Kubrick finish him?
Dante throws a jab but it's blocked by Kubrick.
Dante loads up on a big right hand but Kubrick slips the punch.
Kubrick looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Kubrick throws a monster overhand right that drops Dante! Kubrick follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
