PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Robert Bebe (ranked 2548 p4p, 132 weight class) and Cardo Dalisay (ranked 4363 p4p, 205 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cardo Dalisay!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bebe takes one to the side of the head.
Bebe ducks under a wild hook from Dalisay.
Bebe tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dalisay defends well and Bebe ends up having to push Dalisay into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Bebe moves away from the strike by Dalisay.
Dalisay jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dalisay. Bebe does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dalisay throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Bebe throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dalisay was covering up waiting for the punch and Bebe finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Bebe pushes down on Dalisay's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Dalisay is looking for a sweep. Bebe is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bebe is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dalisay looks like he's trying to stand up.
Bebe is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Bebe controlling the position easily from mount.

Dalisay is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Bebe locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Dalisay is forced to tap!

Robert Bebe was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
