The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chippewa has his takedown stuffed
and White counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Chief Chippewa has been cut.
Chippewa lands with a nice body punch.
Chippewa throws a right hand that misses
and White connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jab, jab by White - just one landing.
Chippewa throws a body punch but White moves out of range.
Chippewa misses with a lunging right hand
and White counters with a left to the body.
Chippewa tries for a takedown but White circles away easily
and White counters with a nice body shot.
Chippewa gets cracked with a nice right hand there by White.
A cross from White lands.

Chief Chippewa's cut is getting worse.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chippewa throws an off balance right hand
and White makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Chippewa on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Chippewa is breathing heavily.
White scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Chippewa throws a lazy uppercut
and White counters with a lovely shot to the body.

White lands a big right hand that sends Chippewa crashing to the mat! White stays standing though and waves Chippewa back to his feet!

Chippewa is rocked!
White ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Chippewa's jaw. Chippewa's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! White does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
