Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Viktor Soshnyanin (ranked 2358 p4p, 98 weight class) and Rosinante Costacurta (ranked 2473 p4p, 103 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Viktor Soshnyanin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rosinante Costacurta!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Soshnyanin misses the target.

Costacurta shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Soshnyanin loads up on a big right hand but Costacurta slips the punch.
Soshnyanin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Costacurta manages to avoid it.

Soshnyanin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Costacurta swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Soshnyanin was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Soshnyanin lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

and Costacurta makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Costacurta fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Soshnyanin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Soshnyanin is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Costacurta.
Costacurta throws out a counter right but Soshnyanin avoids it with no problem.

Soshnyanin throws a right hand that Costacurta ducks under and follows up with a left that Costacurta also avoids with ease.

Soshnyanin throws a combination. Costacurta tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Costacurta takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Soshnyanin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Soshnyanin's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Costacurta connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Soshnyanin scrambles back to his feet.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Costacurta cracks Soshnyanin with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Soshnyanin is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Soshnyanin is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Soshnyanin could not beat the count!
