The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mckinney gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mckinney can't keep his opponent in guard - McGregor advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Mckinney is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
McGregor is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
McGregor is trying to control the action in half guard but Mckinney is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGregor winds up and cracks Mckinney with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Still in half guard, McGregor seems content to control.
Oh Mckinney is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
McGregor lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Mckinney quite badly. Mckinney pulls McGregor in close trying to recover. McGregor postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Mckinney on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Mckinney doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
