Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Ruas (ranked 878 p4p, 100 weight class) and Jon Umber (ranked 344 p4p, 35 weight class). Umber has chosen Red Hot Chili Peppers - Aeroplane as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Umber sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ruas somewhat.
Ruas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Umber's waist but Umber gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ruas off to one side.
Umber tries to work over Ruas's front leg with a kick but Ruas checks it.
Umber throws a hook to the side of Ruas's head but Ruas sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Ruas tries to get to his feet but Umber is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Ruas is in need of a savior and steps in!
