Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Blue (ranked 3104 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bon Bones (ranked 22470 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bones takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Blue swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bill Blue seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bones takes one to the side of the head.
Bones throws a hook but Blue avoids it easily.
Blue uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bones has time to react.
Blue loads up on a big right hand but Bones slips the punch.
Bones gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Bon Bones has been cut.
Blue throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bones counters by moving into the clinch.
Blue lands with a short head shot on the inside.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Bones just misses with a elbow thrown towards Blue's brow.

Blue feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Boness jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Blue misses with a looping right.
Bones misses the shot to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Blue jabs Bones to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Blue connects with a single shot there.
Bones slips under a jab from Blue.
Bones now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Blue connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Bones drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Blue cracks Bones with a right hand to the side of the head.
Bones doesn't manage to clinch there - Blue circles away.
Blue looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Blue connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bones's hands.
Blue stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Blue paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Blue is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Blue cracks Bones with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Bones falls to his knees and Blue doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bill Blue!
