The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Lester.
Calharran tests Lester's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Moe Lester has been cut.
Lester lands with a nice body punch.

Lester instigates a clinch.
Lester lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Lester lands with a short shot to the head.
Lester scores with a shot to the side of Calharran's head.
Calharran tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Lester prevents the takedown attempt.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Lester gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Calharran.
Lester makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Lester lands a right hand that snaps the head of Calharran backwards.

Moe Lester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dab Calharran.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lester creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Calharran tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lester smiles and moves away.

Lester is looking to counter the offense by Calharran and move into the clinch.
Calharran takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Calharran ducks under a wild hook from Lester.
Calharran tries to counter with a clinch but Lester shakes him off and moves away.
Calharran misses with a straight left.
As Calharran tries to get set, Lester tries to push him back and clinch up but Calharran manages to avoid the attempt.
Lester lunges at Calharran with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Calharran's hand.
Calharran has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Calharran fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Lester throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Calharran takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Calharran is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Calharran drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lester gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Calharran is looking to take this one to the mat.

Lester scores with a nice hook to the head.

Calharran drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Calharran is rocked!
Lester lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Calharran is still on wobbly legs! Can Lester finish him?

A nice right hand lands inside from Lester.
Lester creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Calharran's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Calharran drops to his knees and Lester pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
