Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lotus Flower (ranked 3670 p4p, 170 weight class) and Tenshin Segawa (ranked 4245 p4p, 196 weight class). Lotus Flower had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segawa swats away the attempt to clinch by Flower.
Segawa throws out a loose jab but Flower uses good head movement to avoid it.

Flower bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A quick step to the side and Flower tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

It looks like Lotus Flower has been cut.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Segawa just misses with a elbow thrown towards Flower's brow.
Flower is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Segawa is defending well for now.

Segawa tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Flower was well out of range. Poor timing from Segawa.
Flower closes this distance looking for a takedown but Segawa circles away.
Segawa clobbers Flower with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The fight stays on the outside here - Flower looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Flower tries to clinch but Segawa moves out of range.

Flower changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Segawa tries to avoid it but Flower manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Segawa to the ground. Segawa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Flower has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Segawa finds it's way round the side to connect with Flower's head.

and Segawa counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Flower! He's just covering up as Segawa starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
