Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ono Kuronoa (ranked 6801 p4p, 525 weight class) and Sergei Ulatov (ranked 2762 p4p, 326 weight class). Sergei Ulatov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ono Kuronoa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sergei Ulatov!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Kuronoa misses.
Ulatov drops his hands momentarily and Kuronoa takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Kuronoa misses with an uppercut. Ulatov saw that one coming.
Ulatov lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Kuronoa cracks Ulatov with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Ulatov moves out of range of the strikes.
Ulatov shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kuronoa napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Kuronoa tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
Ulatov scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Kuronoa?
Kuronoa wants to control but Ulatov is having none of it.
Ulatov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ulatov lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Kuronoa tries to lock up and control but Ulatov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ulatov landing strikes from the mount and Kuronoa is in trouble!
Kuronoa is rocked!
Ulatov avoids the attempt from Kuronoa to control.
Oh Kuronoa is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've been hearing good reports from Kuronoa's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Ulatov is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Ulatov postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Kuronoa badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Ulatov around the waist but Ulatov pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Ulatov is the winner by TKO! Ulatov jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

In his post fight interview, Sergei Ulatov gave a big smile as he said 'I want a fuc*ing title shot and I want it now! There ain't nobody out there that can beat me. Fake champ I'm coming for your belt, so you better be ready! '.
