Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willy Brandon (ranked 4846 p4p, 514 weight class) and Erik Odinsson (ranked 22321 p4p, 651 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandon throws an overhand right that lands on Odinsson's shoulder, as Odinsson tries to avoid the shot.
Brandon throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Odinsson.
Odinsson shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Brandon has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Odinsson.
Brandon displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Brandon throws a series of punches but Odinsson avoids them all with ease.
Odinsson follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Brandon moves out of range as Odinsson strikes.
Odinsson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Odinsson avoids a kick to the body.
Brandon misses with a series of wild punches.
Odinsson lands a nice looking body kick.
Odinsson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Brandon throws a lazy right hand but Odinsson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Brandon has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Death Valley Training Facility in the buildup to the fight.
Odinsson misses with a looping right.
Brandon throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Odinsson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Brandon takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Brandon rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Odinsson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Brandon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Odinsson throws a nice head kick!
Brandon takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Odinsson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brandon.
Odinsson cracks a nice hook into Brandon's ribs.
Brandon goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Odinsson throws a hook but Brandon avoids it easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Odinsson.
Brandon is breathing heavily.
Brandon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Odinsson.
Odinsson blocks a jab.
Odinsson avoids the head kick by Brandon.
Brandon throws a hook to the side of Odinsson's head but Odinsson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Odinsson dips to his left and cracks Brandon with an uppercut!

Odinsson sends Brandon crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Odinsson is motioning to the referee to let Brandon up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
