PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tae Lae Rocko (ranked 2924 p4p, 353 weight class) and Mike Hunt (ranked 5109 p4p, 524 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocko throws a lazy uppercut
and Hunt counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Tae Lae Rocko has been cut.
Rocko dodges the punch combination from Hunt.
Rocko jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hunt unleashes a big counter combination but Rocko bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hunt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Some bone on bone action there as Hunt checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Despite the aggression on Hunt's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rocko , right into the meat.

enabling Hunt to counter with a crisp jab.

Rocko is looking to score with low kicks.
Rocko is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Hunt's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Hunt let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Hunt unleashes a big counter combination but Rocko bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Rocko cracks Hunt with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hunt has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
