The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Anderson counters with a series of strikes. Flores will be more careful next time no doubt.
Anderson lands a nice hook to Flores's body. Flores takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Flores tries to clinch but Anderson moves away

and Anderson counters with a left and a right that stings Flores.
Anderson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Flores.

and Anderson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Flores thinking.

Flores drops his hands momentarily and Anderson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Anderson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Anderson wants it to stay on the feet.

and Anderson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Iago Flores's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Anderson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Flores has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Jeez, Iago Flores's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Anderson lands a left and a right that send Flores crashing to the mat, dazed. Anderson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Flores is rocked!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Iago Flores's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

In his post fight interview, Renerye Sale Anderson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
