The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whittaker avoids the head kick by Jogan.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jogan is defended easily by Whittaker.
Jogan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Whittaker sprawls well initially but Jogan persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Whittaker drops back looking for a leg! Jogan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jogan manages to kick Whittaker off! Whittaker jumps back into Jogan's guard.

Jogan looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Whittaker is defending well. Jogan quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Whittaker has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Jogan celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
