The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams wants the takedown. Mongus is fighting it off but Williams persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mongus's guard against the cage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mongus is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Williams is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Mongus is controlling him.
Mongus will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Mongus swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Williams is now in Mongus's guard. A big mistake from Mongus there, giving up the dominant position!

Williams is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Mongus has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Williams is looking to defend but Mongus has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Williams! Mongus pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Williams taps out and this one is all over!
