The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dufrain swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mocoo .
Dufrain shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mocoo eats them both and turns towards Dufrain to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Steve Mocoo has been cut.
Dufrain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Mocoo moves into range and clinches up with Dufrain.
Mocoo scores with a hook to the body.

Dufrain can't find room to land a body shot as Mocoo controls the action.

Mocoo lands a hook that snaps the head of Dufrain backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mocoo is pushing Dufrain up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Mocoo works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
