Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Burt (ranked 8044 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Vega (ranked 4659 p4p, 0 weight class). Bradley Burt is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burt looking to score a takedown here. Vega is defending well but Burt drives through and ends up in Vega's guard.

Vega working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Burt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Burt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Vega manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Burt on his heels. He'll look to pass Burt's guard now, I'm sure.

Vega has gone for a leg lock! Burt slips out almost immediately though and dives into Vega's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Vega pulls Burt in close to prevent any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vega throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Burt is fighting to break Vega's control of his arms but Vega is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Burt is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Vega scores with a couple of nice shots.

Vega looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Burt with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Burt is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Vega is keen to just control but Burt is a slippery customer.
