The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hadley throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hadley takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sharpe avoids the head kick by Hadley.
Hadley misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hadley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sharpe defends it nicely.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Sharpe gets control of Hadley's arms and successfully pulls guard. Sharpe will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Hadley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Hadley is looking to advance position but Sharpe has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Hadley tries to improve his position but Sharpe has taken his back! Sharpe has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Hadley tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Sharpe pushes Hadley away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
