Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Charles Hawtry (ranked 1937 p4p, 223 weight class) and Wutang Lee (ranked 2712 p4p, 289 weight class). Hawtry comes to the cage accompanied by The Rain. Charles Hawtry had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lee throws a body kick that misses

and Hawtry counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lee won't be happy with that.

Hawtry is looking to take a break and control but Lee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hawtry throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lee's waist but Lee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hawtry off to one side.
