Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Chaelsson (ranked 1132 p4p, 64 weight class) and Mister Kipling (ranked 4604 p4p, 184 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mister Kipling was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chaelsson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Chaelsson is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Kipling looking for submissions off his back.
Kipling has hold of Chaelsson's hands but Chaelsson slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Chaelsson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kipling with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Chaelsson moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Kipling.
Chaelsson connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kipling some visible discomfort.

Kipling is looking to regain half guard here but Chaelsson keeps moving and retains side control.
Kipling is not content to let Chaelsson control the position.

Chaelsson cracks Kipling with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Chaelsson immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Kipling is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Chaelsson!

Patrick Chaelsson decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
