Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between LC Dufrain (ranked 6515 p4p, 195 weight class) and Thomas Angelo (ranked 2039 p4p, 107 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Angelo's choice of entrance music: Jack Parow - Cooler as Ekke. Angelo has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Angelo looks winded!
Angelo fails with the takedown
enabling Dufrain to counter with a crisp jab.
Angelo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Dufrain connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Angelo's hands.
Angelo pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Dufrain wants to slow Angelo down by chopping away at his legs.
Dufrain shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Dufrain was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Angelo is not content to let Dufrain control the position.
Angelo parries the strikes from Dufrain easily there. Dufrain is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Angelo to escape.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dufrain misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Angelo looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Dufrain taking a break here but Angelo is having none of it and regains half guard.

Dufrain is keen to just control but Angelo is a slippery customer.

Dufrain not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Angelo is not content to let Dufrain control the position.
Dufrain seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Angelo is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
