Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between TJ Goodard (ranked 2026 p4p, 279 weight class) and Trevor Lee (ranked 1732 p4p, 234 weight class). Goodard comes to the cage accompanied by Rise of the Titans by-DIMMU BORGIR. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Trevor Lee!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Ben Hemmingworth and Topper Green.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goodard looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lee is fending him off so far but Goodard persists. Nope, Lee circles away and we're back to standing.

We've been hearing reports that Goodard has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
TJ Goodard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Goodard is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Goodard isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Lee stacks Goodard on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Lee!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lee can do anything to dispel that myth.

Lee felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Goodard is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
