The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharma ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Whymer moves away.
Rohith Sharma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Whymer throws a right and a left that Sharma avoids nicely.
Sharma tries to clinch but Whymer moves away
and Whymer cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Sharma avoids the body shot from Whymer.
Sharma throws a predictable looking body shot
and Whymer counters with a flying knee that drops Sharma! Whymer dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
